How to Use Folders in Ctiny

Organizing your links is effortless with Ctiny’s Folder feature, designed to streamline link management by grouping related links. Note that this feature is not available in the Free plan. The Starter plan allows up to 2 folders, while the Professional plan supports up to 10 folders.
By default, links without a specified folder are automatically grouped into the “Default” folder. The "Default" folder is a special system folder that cannot be renamed or deleted.
Steps to Create a Folder:
1. Click the "Create Folder" button in the main dashboard page.
2. Enter the name of the folder and click "Create".
3. Once the folder is created, you will see it in the dropdown of the link creation form.
How to group links by folder
Once a link is created within a folder, you can list the links within that folder by selecting it from the folder dropdown in the Links table.
How to Delete a Folder
1. Select the "Folders" option in the left menu.
2. Click the "Delete" button next to the folder you want to remove.
3. A popup will appear. Click the "Delete" button to confirm the deletion of the folder.
Important: Deleting the folder will not delete the links tagged to it. The links will be un-tagged and remain available in your dashboard.
